Journey to 'Beeyond' Honey

When Ayushi started her research journey at IIT Delhi, she had one thing clear in her mind, to do meaningful research, that is not confined to alleys of research papers. With this clarity, she joined the Centre for Rural Development and Technology at IIT Delhi. She truly believes that she did not choose her research topic of studying the challenges of the supply chain of Indian honey, rather destiny choose it for her. As she explored the world of beekeeping, her knowledge grew but most importantly her view of life changed entirely. She met beekeepers all over India to understand the existing challenges in beekeeping. As she traveled more, she learned how the problem of adulteration was impacting the beekeepers and consumers and above all nullifying the hard work of bees.

With this thought, she wanted to do more than research now. She wanted to implement her research into a venture of connecting beekeepers directly with consumers. This was not going to be an easy task, especially with zero knowledge of conducting a business and with markets flooded with big giants. Nevertheless, the love of beekeepers and farmers kept her motivated to move ahead, one step at a time. She completed her research and used it to build an enterprise.

Thus emerged ‘Beeyond’. Beeyond aspires to connect the beekeeping community with the consumers to deliver honey, just as nature intended it to be pure, raw, and full of health benefits. Our family at 'Beeyond' takes special care that bees are not harmed in the process of collecting honey.

Beeyond is not another profit-making venture, rather is driven by the hope that small actions lead to big differences. We welcome you to be a part of our journey of touching the lives of beekeepers and preserving bees in this process. Experience the unique taste of our premium quality honey with nature in its every drop.
